Refunds

Subscriptions are priced in USD and auto-renew. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access continues through the paid period already collected.

If you cancel within 14 days of the first charge and have not used the paid radar or weekday digest in a material way, email hello@wonalert.com and we will refund that first charge. Later renewals are not refunded after the period starts.

Failed ingest days are not a refund by themselves. The product is built to keep the last good feed on the homepage and retry on the next weekday cron.
