Privacy

WonAlert is a federal contract-award radar. We collect the email and password (or magic-link token) you use to create an account, the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to bill you, and the watch filters you save (U.S. state and optional NAICS codes).

Award rows come from the public USASpending API. We store those rows so the homepage teaser and your weekday digest can keep working if USASpending is briefly down.

Payment cards are entered on Stripe Checkout, not on WonAlert pages. We do not store card numbers. Email is sent through Resend from the address configured as RESEND_FROM.

We do not sell your email list. We do not publish a street address or phone number. Public contact is hello@wonalert.com.

You can cancel in the customer portal and ask us to delete your account by email.
